LIZ WRIGHT

Harnessing a decade of experience, I've empowered over 30,000 leaders globally to navigate challenges, uncover blind spots, and cultivate high-performing teams.

From pioneering startups to Fortune 500 giants like Spotify and government agencies including the Department of Homeland Security, I've spearheaded internal coaching programs, facilitated high-potential leadership initiatives, and championed diversity and inclusion efforts, all while serving on the esteemed faculty of Northeastern University and Columbia University's Human Capital Management program.

Featured in Forbes, Thrive Global, and the New York Times, I bring a wealth of expertise backed by a Bachelor's in Business Management from Babson College, a Master's in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, and credentials including a PCC from ICF and Co-Active Coach certification from the Co-Active Training Institute.
